We accept Maestro, Postcard, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit cards. Our elegant gift vouchers, available in denominations of 50, 100, and 500 Swiss francs, are perfect for any occasion. We are happy to provide a quote before any purchase or repair and will notify you by phone, SMS, or email as soon as we receive your order or your watch is repaired.

Payment in 3 monthly installments

We offer a flexible payment solution that allows you to pay in 3 interest-free installments , paying only the 1st installment at the time of ordering (minimum order amount: 500 CHF ).

How does it work?

This service is facilitated by our partner HeyLight and is offered to Swiss residents over 18 years of age (or holders of a B or C permit). All you need is a credit or debit card ( Visa, Mastercard ) and proof of identity to complete your online purchase, before picking up your order in-store or having it delivered to your chosen address.

This service is also available directly when you visit the store.

  1. Select " Installment Payment " as the payment method.
  2. Add your purchases to the basket and select “Pay in installments with HeyLight” at checkout.
  3. Enter your personal details.
  4. Confirm your pre-order.
  5. A Chronométrie Kaenel advisor will contact you as soon as possible to validate the feasibility of the staggered payment plan.

In a second step, your personal data and credit card details will be examined.

All you need is your credit or debit card ( Visa or Mastercard ).

Identity verification (if this is your first purchase with HeyLight)

Follow the on-screen instructions. You will be asked to use your mobile phone to take a photo of your ID and a selfie. This verification usually takes between 1 and 2 minutes .
